The Year End Event :)

Sorry for the late update. So, our last performance was at the Karnival Kesenian Murid 1 Malaysia which was held from 23rd November to 27th November at Dynasty Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
On the first day (23/11/2011)
Due to some problems, our team had to be split into two groups. Which one group was straight away going to Kuala Lumpur and the other group had to go to Kota Kinabalu and then transit there. The first group arrived first and they had to wait for the second group. The second group arrived at 6:15pm. After all arrived, we went on the bus. We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm. After we had dinner, we had to attend a briefing. After the briefing, it's rest time :)

On the second day (24/11/2011)
There were motivational talks presented by Zenny Salihudin,Alan Thoo and Rafikkoncept. After the talk, we went for to Midvalley Megamall, Police Musuem and KLCC. We went back around 10:30pm to the hotel and had our rest.


On the third day (25/11/2011)
We had no special events in the morning so we had practice. Then, we had to go to the Craft Complex in the afternoon to attend rehearsals. We were there till night time as during night time was the opening ceremony.


On the fourth day ( 26/11/2011)
We had our performance at Bukit Bintang Walk. We went performing by the road sides and it was a very fun experiences. Our last performance was on stage and that was the last performance this year :')


On the fifth day (27/11/2011)
We had attended at closing ceremony. We won best composition award :) 


Due to some problems too, we had to go back one day late so we went back on 28th November 2011.


This experience was very fun even though it's very tiring. Thank you teachers for bring us there and taking care of us :)

The team members of recorder ensemble has organized a small thank you party for our dearest teacher, Mr. Janson Chu Kai Seng :)

Teacher, we thank you so much for giving us all a chance to perform on stage, for giving us knowledge about music and also teamwork. Without you, most of us would be clueless about music and would never got the chance to be in an absolute excellent performance. We have experienced a lot of sweet things and we will be gaining experience again during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. We promise we will try our best to make you proud:)

Sometimes during practices and performances, we may let you down and we would like to ask for forgiveness from you and we hope that you won't forget us all. WE LOVE YOU TEACHER!

We hope that you enjoyed the party and like our presents :)

Hello there! It's been a while since we've updated our blog!
So, next week our recorder ensemble team is heading off to Kuala Lumpur again!
We will be participating in an International Cultural Arts Festival for five days and four nights :)
Good luck to our recorder team and hope that we can bring back awards! :D


On 10th November 2011, there was a prize giving ceremony and our recorder club has won two awards :)

NATIONAL LEVEL ( Last Day )

We've finished competitions so our teacher brought us to KLCC and Putrajaya.
We went to these places for let say 4 hours++
Then we went to KLIA.
Tell you guys,
We Were Almost Late To Catch Our Plane Cause We Were Eating Mcdonalds.
Luckily we made it.
And when we reached Labuan,alot of people came to welcome us!

NATIONAL LEVEL 2011 ( 2nd Day )

13th July 2011 was the big day for us!
It was competition day! We all kept praying that day.
Nervous!
In the morning,we went for reherseals.
After that,we went back to our rooms to clean up ourselves.
Then,we went to another room for hair and makeup.
When we finished all that we went for lunch.
Then we practiced once more before competition.
Then we went to the competition venue.
We were the 6th to go on stage.
We were so nervous then when we finished we felt very happy:)
After everyone finished,we all went back.
Then at night we had to go to the prize giving ceremony.
At 9pm,it's time to know the results!
Guess what???
We Got 1st! Oh Yea!
At night we celebrated at our rooms!
It was a happy day for us!

NATIONAL LEVEL 2011 ( 1st Day )

Sorry for the late update!
We all stayed at KLI hotel for 2 nights and 3 days.
So on the first day,we had to reach Labuan airport at 6 am to make sure everything was done.
Then when it was boarding time,we all went on the plane.
We arrived KLIA at around 10am. Then, a bus came to pick us up.
We went to the hotel to register then teacher brought us to restaurant nearby to have lunch.
After lunch,we went back to the hotel,we got T-shirts and Badges.
We checked in to the rooms and stayed there for 2 hours.
Then teacher called us to practice.
We practiced for one hour then  the people had to set up the microphones and all that.
We all went back to our rooms.
At night,we had dinner at the hotel.
After dinner,teacher had to go to a meeting.
When teacher had finished the meeting,it was already 10 something.
So,we all went to bed:)
